Realty One Group Opens Office in Gilbert, Arizona
Gilbert, Arizona (August, 03, 2007)-Realty One Group, created by Kuba Jewgienie, has successfully produced 30 million in sales from real estate projects. The CEO of Realty One Group started selling houses in the early 2000's and had a niche for flipping investments.
The CEO of Realty One Group was first a stock broker. He practiced his skills day and night to achieve success. In the beginning, Kuba Jewgienie didn't have any help from big real estate companies. He had to create his own real estate company and teach himself how to sell houses. Jewgienie never read too many books. He personally reported to the Inman company, "I never read a book cover to cover in my life!" Most the lessons learned with real estate sales came from hands on experience.
Reality One Group made 102 million in sales with only 300 real estate agents. In 2007, the company moved from Nevada to Arizona with 2, 200 real estate agents willing to join the company. During 2007, the company also opened business in Gilbert, Arizona. Later in 2012, Realty One Group opened an affiliate marketing business called "Realty ONE Group Affiliates." The company was producing profits and expanding through United States at a rapid speed.
By 2014, the company has expanded at a pace to be recorded on Inc. 500. The company was also ranked top 5 on Real Trend's 500. Sales for the company were through the roof at almost 2.1 billion from the year 2007 to 2010. Jewgienie was a genius at selling real estate, but he was also a genius teaching agents how to make money. His persistence and belief in his small company lead him to the high mountain he now sits on.
Jewgienie's biggest obstacle when creating the Realty One Group company is innovation. The CEO saw a lack of innovation because the business was boring and uncreative. Jewgienie had to take his time when choosing the right canidates for the business. He had to pick people that had that spark or that faith. The fire to get the job done and try to make things work. The CEO also thought of nontraditional ways to make the company grow little by little. He had to make real estate interesting to make it produce more money then the next real estate company. Things was not quick for Jewgienie, but he bit his tongue. He endured, failed, and tried his best to make the company successful. Jewgienie's persistence to keep going even when things was going wrong lead him to create a billion dollar real estate company called "Realty One Group."
